Spring ... and Mini-Golf

Spring has sprung in Portland. Lots of blossoms, lots of daffodils, and the top is down on the Miata. Well, at least some of the time. Today, it's raining pretty steadily.




I took Tanner and his friend Chris to Bullwinkle's Family Fun Center yesterday. It was a sunny Sunday during spring break, so you can imagine it was packed. We had a great time though.

Tanner played basketball for his school again this year. Getting shots in a game is really hard, so I took a couple during a warm-up. These are from inside the new gym at Tanner's school.




Tanner also was an assistant coach for a team in our church's Upward basketball program. He had a great time with the kids.




We all got to ride the newly-opened Portland Aerial Tram recently. It was a gorgeous day, and since our friend Julie had gotten us all tickets ahead-of-time, we didn't have to wait in the long line.

Tanner is also on the worship team at his school, and they did the music for chapel this week. They also read scripture.
